We are the best - realistic repairs, at a reasonable price.  Not necessarily the cheapest, but we believe we are the best.

Sometimes where it takes longer than expected to solve a problem (as can certainly happen with computers) - we will generally wear the cost of this, and only charge you for what we believe the job should fairly cost.

This saves you from the horror stories we hear from some of our competitors, who will continue charging - even where the cost of service work begins to meet or even exceed the cost of replacing the entire computer!

Current "turn-around" time for labour jobs at Ponsonby is 2 to 3 working days. If your job is only a small "touch-up" or if you have a need for quicker than that, please call us to see if we may be able to accommodate you sooner.
