Our in-house labour is the most cost effective way for us to service your machine.

We can save money for you as we are able to multi-task and work on other machines etc at the same time as we are waiting for your machine to update/restart etc.

As for length of time without your computer - we can often get to your computer within the same or next day, and in almost all circumstances we can return your computer to you within 24 to 72 hours.

For minimum charge jobs, we can often complete within the same day, depending on our schedule.

Some examples of what our minimum labour charges would generally cover would be:

• Installing optical drive (DVD writers, CD writers etc).
• Installing & testing RAM upgrades.
• Assessing cost of repairs (most cases), excluding non-stock parts quotes.
• Installing hard drive & initialise (not full format nor software).
• Cleaning out dust etc from PC with compressor/vacuum.
• Installing dialup modem.
